Our congregation was organized in Banning in 1920, and has worshiped at our current location since 1962. We serve the communities of Banning, Beaumont, Cabazon, Cherry Valley, Oak Valley, and the greater San Gorgonio Pass area. We are a member congregation of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod.

Our Pastor, the Rev. Jason Hong, graduated in 2001 from Concordia Seminary St. Louis, MO with a Master of Divinity degree. He was installed as Pastor on July 17, 2005.

We exist in order to
- give honor and glory to God the Father, and carry out His will on Earth
- give honor and glory to God the Son, and proclaim His saving Gospel to everyone
- give honor and glory to God the Holy Spirit, and make known the unity of the faithful which is His gift to us
- foster Christian fellowship and love
- extend a helping hand in human need.

We work to accomplish all of this by
- baptism
- the preaching and teaching of the Word of God from the Bible
- the sharing of Holy Communion
- the religious instruction of children, youth and adults to the standards of the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod.
